Situated on a large block in Bulimba, this neglected Queenslander was in much need of attention to restore it to former glory. Now this classic Queenslander makes a grand statement with its dual staircase and elegant entryway.

First up, the L.A.K. team had to carefully lift and manoeuver the house to fit a double car garage. Next the team focused on the internal work including a stunning expansive kitchen and large island bench, open plan living/dining area for entertaining family and friends, plus bedrooms and bathrooms. Incorporated downstairs was a double car garage, large laundry, bathroom and guest quarters. The existing pool was removed and replaced in a more suitable location that flowed with the downstairs living and entertaining areas.

The original period features created the wow factor in this stunning home. Delicate classic pressed metal ceilings, fireplace and round leadlight windows were restored to former glory. Our team used their woodwork expertise on timber features such as archways and bay windows, as well as supervising the specialist trades. Months of hard work paid off and our clients now have a true Queenslander for many generations to come.
