Our Paddington 1 project is an example of the extensive renovation work we do to existing homes. This beautiful Queenslander is one of our favourites as it highlights the way in which the new can blend seamlessly with the old. This house was completed without the services of an architect so it was up to us to ensure the functionality and end design the clients were seeking was delivered. This house was the winner of the HIA Brisbane Renovation/Addition Project over $1 million. The project was completed over 18 months and involved a significant amount of foundation works and care with the original dwelling.
