Great projects are made by great people – we couldn’t recommend Luke and the LAK team highly enough. Their personal approach and attention to detail ensured our home was built to the highest quality and was completed on time and on budget. If we were to do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing.

We immediately felt comfortable working with Luke and Mitch – we really appreciated their personal approach to building our home. From the get-go there was a culture of trust and honest communication, which took a lot of stress out of the process. We were updated regularly and knew Luke would always be happy to answer any questions along the way. Mitch’s careful management and coordination of the job meant there was always something happening on site.

Our renovation commenced just before the impacts of COVID-19 started to be felt in Australia. At the time there was a lot of uncertainty around the scope and extent of impacts domestically, however by working closely with both LAK and Smith Architects we were able to mitigate risks through early procurement of materials and by establishing COVID safe work protocols for the builders and trades on site.

Luke and Stewart’s history of working together was a real positive for us. It was clear to us that the LAK team were comfortable working closely with Stewart to ensure the intent of the design was achieved. Our investment in this relationship proved a fruitful one – our project went smoothly and was an enjoyable experience for all involved.

Our vision was beautifully captured by Smith Architects and delivered by LAK – we look forward to raising our family in this home for many years to come.
