We had the pleasure of working with Luke and his team from LAK Constructions on the renovation of our family home in 2016/17. LAK was one of several builders we considered being a referral from our architects. Knowing a building projects success is largely determined by the builder, we interviewed many past and present LAK clients, choosing them based on the overall quality and workmanship of their previous builds and Luke’s personable nature. The LAK team and their contractors are a credit to him.

Luke was very accurate in his initial assessment of the cost and time frame and worked hard to keep within our budget without compromising quality. He was very open to working with our selected trades and interior designer which was important to us. Luke and his team were always very responsive and accommodating to our many and varied requests.

We were very impressed with the manner in which the team conducted themselves on site and their consideration towards our neighbours. We noted that a ‘To Do’ list written on the wall one day included ‘general LOVE’. This was indicative of their respect for us and our home throughout.

Overall we were more than impressed with the quality of their workmanship, professionalism and integrity. LAK Constructions are outstanding builders whose exceptional work merits recognition. We could not be happier with our family home and recommend LAK highly and without reservation. We wish them every success.
