We would recommend LAK as they delivered a project beyond our expectations. We have a beautiful, high-quality home which we love. When we purchased the house we knew there some issue that needed attention and that a renovation of some kind would be required down the track but we never imagined it to be the dream renovation that we ended up doing!

Luke is a fantastic leader and trustworthy. Our house was delivered on time, with no cost surprises and no corners cut. Communication was fantastic – we were kept up to date and always knew what was going on. Also were shown various things onsite to help make decisions with ways forward with certain aspects of the build which was great. Seeing things onsite helped significantly.

I thoroughly enjoyed the renovating experience. I loved seeing the drawings from the concept stage though to seeing the design being built. Having an experienced, well-respected, and trustworthy team working together made a potentially stressful process enjoyable and exciting.

Naturally the project budget and potential cost blow outs was a concern. I think the level of detail that was provided by Smith Architects allowed LAK to provide accurate cost estimates for the project. Scope and details were clearly presented which gave us clear expectations regarding the project. Any cost variations were clearly defined and agreed to by all parties and there were no surprises. I think the Smiths architects and LAK working together from the very early stages of the project ensured that we all were on the same page and we were all working together for a good project outcome.

LAK and Smith Architects created a home in which every room has a function, efficient use of space, and looks amazing.
