We owned a 90-year-old Queenslander which we planned to renovate. We had previously renovated only a bathroom and it was not a pleasant experience so we were anxious and apprehensive about renovating an entire house as we were tripling the blueprint. We were prepared for delays, budget blow-outs and a lot of stress.

Our renovation experience with LAK was enjoyable, stress free and memorable. We had thoroughly researched Luke’s previous projects and spoke to 3 of his past clients. We had a huge task ahead of us and we had actually (in our minds) added on another 4 months to the project. Not only was the entire project finished before the scheduled time, we came in within our budget.

The team were onsite 5-6 days a week. They were all extremely pleasant and welcomed us onsite and showed us around. I was there almost daily and I always felt welcome to see what had progressed. Luke’s team know the Queenslander home and helped us to make the correct decisions. Overall it was the most memorable experience. We would recommend LAK again and again.
